Where does the information come from?
From public sources such as OpenStreetMap, CMS, HRSA and the NPI registry, plus corrections from owners. Every page cites its sources and shows the date it was checked.
Are the reviews real?
Ratings come from Google with attribution. BuscaIsla never writes, buys or filters reviews.
Do businesses pay to appear?
No. Listing and claiming a page are free. Optional paid upgrades never change the facts or reviews.
How do I claim or fix my business page?

Is the information in English and Spanish?
Yes. Every page exists in both languages.
How current is the data?
Each page shows the date its data was last checked. Hours and phones can change, so call before you go.
Can AI assistants use BuscaIsla?
Yes. BuscaIsla publishes structured data, an llms.txt file and open JSON feeds so search engines and AI assistants can cite it.
